Dr. Scott Wallace

Chiropractic Physician

  • Biography


    Dr. Wallace graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1995. He is also a graduate of Northwest Nazarene College, where he received his bachelor's in Biology. In 1995, he interned and subsequently worked as an associate in Grand Junction CO. In 1996, he and his family moved to Klamath Falls, where he became the owner and operator of Pine Tree Chiropractic.


    Prior to entering into the healing arts, Dr. Wallace served in the United States Army as an infantry officer. He has successfully attended Army Officer Candidate School, airborne school, infantry officer basic and advanced courses, and the U.S. Army Ranger School.


    Dr. Wallace is uniquely qualified to work with sport-related injuries and with the ongoing needs of athletes in general from across all spectrums of sport. Aside from his own experience as an intercollegiate athlete, he has worked closely with athletes from a variety of sports, skills, and abilities, from professional athletes and high-profile amateur and collegiate athletes to youth sports athletes and the “weekend warrior.”


    Dr. Wallace has worked as the unofficial team chiropractor for the Oregon Institute of Technology ‘Hustlin Owls’ for 15 years. He has also worked for Pro Sport Chiropractic (now known as Justin Sports Medicine), providing on-site chiropractic care for professional rodeo events (PRCA) throughout the Northwest.


    Dr Wallace is married to the former Miss Joanne Mitchell of Klamath Falls. They have three children. He and his wife have been active in 4-H as leaders and in youth sports. Dr. Wallace has coached girls AAU Basketball and been a position coach on the Henley High School Varsity Football team.

Dr. Kelly Maguire

Chiropractic Physician

  • Biography

    Dr. Maguire received his doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, having graduated summa cum laude. He received the Palmer College Academic Excellence Award and the Dr. Mitch O'Malley Clinical Excellence Award, was a finalist for the Virgil Strang Philosophy Award, and was a recipient of the Marguerite Smith Christian Chiropractic Student Scholarship.


    Dr. Maguire graduated from Whittier College with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and a minor in Mandarin. He was a four-year letterman on the Whittier Poets football team, where he played quarterback.


    He is originally from Aurora, OR. He graduated from North Marion High School, where he was an all-conference athlete in three sports and quarterbacked the North Marion Huskies to multiple state playoff appearances. In addition, he was a state qualifier in the high jump. He was a chapter officer of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in both high school and his college chapter.


    Dr. Maguire is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys duck hunting, fishing, and camping. His favorite use of time, however, is spending time with his wife and family. He is married to the former Cori Wallace of Klamath Falls. Together, they have two daughters.

Dr. Garrett Wallace

Chiropractic Physician

  • Biography

    Dr. Garrett Wallace is a 2021 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, and he did his internship in Central Florida. After his internship, he continued as an attending physician for Physician Group LLC, which is the nation's largest personal injury clinic. During his time there, he worked in a collaborative environment with doctors of multiple disciplines.


    Prior to chiropractic school, Dr. Garrett Wallace graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and also got to experience being part of the rugby team. While growing up in Klamath Falls, Dr. Garrett Wallace attended and graduated from Henley High School, where he was an all-conference athlete in football and track and Field. Additionally, he was a member of the Henley wrestling team.


    Dr. Garrett Wallace is also a long-standing member of the Cattleman's Association, is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish, and is active in his church. He is a family man who enjoys spending a great deal of time with his loved ones.
